Lalu Abdi Mansyah, S.H.,
A graduate of Universitas Islam Indonesia with a focus on litigation, possessing knowledge in both general and specialized criminal law. Particularly skilled in corporate crime and extraordinary crime, but not limited to areas such as corruption, taxation, banking, insurance, and corporate law. In addition to his expertise in criminal law, he also holds a Liquidator certification for the closure of legal entities, as a member of the Indonesian Liquidator Professionals Association (PPLI). He is also proficient in civil law, including employment law, environmental law, property and agrarian law, and is adept in negotiation and mediation.
Muhammad Naufal Ali Syafi’i, S.H., M.H. CLI
A graduate of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surabaya with a degree in Law and a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universitas Airlangga, Muhammad Naufal Ali Syafi’i, S.H., M.H. CLI., has expertise in business law, including but not limited to contract law, corporate law, employment law, capital markets, investment law, and property law. Additionally, he has expertise in debt suspension (PKPU) and bankruptcy law. He is also a board member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) Surabaya Branch and is skilled as a liquidator, specializing in the settlement of legal entities, and is a member of the Indonesian Liquidator Professionals Association (PPLI).
