Ali Musa Tarigan, SH., M.H
Starting his career as an advocate at LKBH (Lembaga Konsultasi Bantuan Hukum) UII (Universitas Islam Indonesia) in Yogyakarta and joining several law firms in Jakarta after completing his studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) in Yogyakarta in 1996, H. ALI MUSA TARIGAN, SH., M.H. has been active as an advocate in Jakarta since 1997, joining prominent law firms in the capital city. In 2002, he established his own firm in Jakarta named AMT & Partners, and H. ALI MUSA TARIGAN, SH., M.H. continued his Master’s degree in Law at Universitas Trisakti Jakarta.
Muhammad Riau SHR., SH., M.H., C.R.A.
Completing his undergraduate education at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII) in Yogyakarta in 2009, he continued his Master’s degree in Law at Universitas Sumatera Utara in 2010. By the end of 2019, he had also completed education and examinations to become a Curator and Administrator with the Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association (HKPI) in Jakarta, and received a license as a Curator and Administrator issued by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, with Practice License Number: AHU-30 AH-04-03-2020 dated January 16, 2020. This qualification earned him the title of Certified Receiver and Administrator (CRA), certifying him as a Curator and Administrator. He has handled various cases involving large companies and, with his extensive experience, has established himself as an advocate and curator handling a wide range of matters, including criminal, civil, bankruptcy cases, and others.
Reza Juliartanto, SH.
Graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara (UISU) in 2005. A member of PERADI SAI BATAM since 2021, he possesses expertise and experience in both litigation and non-litigation fields, specializing in areas such as corporate law, land law, criminal law, administrative law, commercial law, industrial relations, religious matters, and others.
