Muhammad Viki Syuriansah, S.H., M.H.
He is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, having completed his undergraduate program in 2009 and his Master’s degree in Business Law in 2021. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and currently serves as the Deputy Chair of the DPC PERADI Pontianak. Additionally, he previously served as the Chair of the Young Lawyer Committee (YLC) PERADI DPC Pontianak City from 2019 to 2023. He began his career at the Legal Consultation and Assistance Bureau of Universitas Tanjungpura in 2010 and later joined Khairul Sonny, S.H., M.H. Law Office in 2015. He has experience providing legal advice to clients on matters related to corporate disputes and litigation, family law, criminal corruption, and banking.
Christine Merindah Hotmaria Hutagaol, S.H.
She is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, having completed her undergraduate program in 2012 and was recognized as the Best Graduate. She is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and currently serves as the Secretary of the DPC PERADI Pontianak (2018 – present). Additionally, she has served as the Deputy Chair of the Young Lawyer Committee (YLC) PERADI DPC Pontianak City (2023 – present). She began her career at the Legal Consultation and Assistance Bureau of Universitas Tanjungpura in 2013 and later joined Khairul Sonny, S.H., M.H. Law Office in 2015. She has experience providing legal advice to clients on matters related to land law disputes, administrative law disputes (TUN), and has previously won a case against IHZA & IHZA Law Office (led by Prof. Dr. Yusril Ihza Mahendra, S.H., M.Sc) in a commercial civil dispute.
Hery Putra, S.H.
He is an alumnus of the Faculty of Law, having completed his undergraduate program in 2008. He is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and currently serves as the Chair of the Legislative Review Division of the DPC PERADI Pontianak (2023 – present). He began his career at the Legal Consultation and Assistance Bureau of Universitas Tanjungpura in 2016. He has experience providing legal advice to clients on matters related to criminal law disputes and litigation, employment law, banking law, and family law.
